KMASS were appointed by Loss adjusters acting for the Building Insurers to advise upon the extent of damage and likely repairs following a major fire within the main building situated at the far end of the Pier. Apart from the obvious damage above deck there was major concern at the damage to the cast iron beams that tied together the main supporting piles.

We advised a suitable scope of repairs to the walls, roof and internal finishes. The matter was settled by Insurers.
